Well, the other day I found the following for a couple bucks each in a used bookstore and decided to pick them up:

Thoroughbred Racing: Predicting the Outcome -- Sullivan & Adams (1974)
Super System Handbook booklet -- Sullivan & Adams (a companion to the above?)
Harness Racing: Predicting the Outcome -- Sullivan & Adams (1975)
The Wright-Rater Handbook -- Douglas Wright (1991)
Thoroughbred Handicapping: A Textbook -- Robert C. Farran (1975)
Quantum -- Frank Kerwin (1989)

...and the legendary...

Superhorse -- Al De Cuir (I think -- there is actually no name listed) (1977)


I'd get out of the pools now before I have a chance to digest these.

I had a good run with my own program based on the harness work of Sullivan and Adams. I thought that book was much better than their thoroughbred effort.

Anything from that time period will certainly crush the pools. I just called my broker and told him GET OUT QUICK! ;)

I would be interested in obtaining Predicting the Outcome. I have owned it in the past. I do have the Super System.
