Chad Brown’s attorney claims the woman who was attacked broke into Brown’s house in the middle of the night and Brown was defending himself. The Judge says she does not believe that

Judge Francine Vero “this court is not in the business of accusing domestic violence victims”.

The choking accusation really surprised me but Chad Brown has had a reputation of taking advantage of his successful, high profile and celebrity status of recent years.
