Scorekeeping is made much easier when the format of selections is consistent. The example shown below is the "preferred" format. Also, please refrain from using * or all, but instead list out each and every desired wagering entity.

This is from the Equibase Condition Book for Aqueduct.

The break date is 3/26/2017 between the two books.

Notice on Friday March 31st, 2017, that the very first race is for 7 furlongs.

~ Aqueduct cannot race 7 furlongs on the Inner Dirt Track.

Also missing are the words "INNER DIRT" after the race distance.
