Bullpens in Baseball these days

i am watching the Red Sox Mariner game. the game is scoreless into the 6th inning. both starters are now out.

how in gods name can one figure out how to bet on baseball when pitchers don't give up 1 run and both are out?

they are now scoreless into the 8th inning and now i figured out how to bet the game, you got to bet it based on who the catchers are. in this particular instance, i would have bet on the Mariners if the price was right!

To be correct:

The Mariners pitcher went 7 innings

The Red Sox pitcher threw 5, 2 more than any other outing this season and 30+ pitches beyond the season high.
