In honor of the old Mad magazine comic strip which shows outragageous endings to movie clips. The Super Bowl has gotten way too predictable and conservatively played.

How aobut some twists to drive the repective defensive coordinators wild?

1) an ON SIDE Kick at the start of the half, first or second?
2) throw in a formation in the old Texas "wishbone", even if it is just a fake to make the defense start questioning how to play it.
3) use an old Nebraska "fumblerooskie" when appropriate.
4) Try an old "sleeper" play.

Mixing up some of these BIG surprises can work if applied at the right time. Deception extrtroidinare.

Don't forget the trick play where they roll a baby carriage onto the field with a ball in it.

i was trying to forget but new orleans did execute #1 against the colts. :blush:

A Super Bowl Commercial You Won't See
 

23 Time Olympic Men's Swimming Gold Medalist Michael Phelps is wearing a wig while absolutely crushing a group of 8th grade schoolgirls in a race.

Cut to the medal ceremony.

With the gold medal hanging from his neck, Phelps removes the wig, glares at the schoolgirl silver and bronze medalists on the stand, shakes the wig at them, and screams "THAT'S RIGHT LOSERS! I WON! YEAH!"

Cut to the ride home.

The two schoolgirl silver and bronze medalists are in the back seat of an old 1960's station wagon with wood side paneling.

One of their Dads is driving.

Just then Phelps zooms by in a shiny new Corvette convertible, removes his wig, shakes it in the air, and screams "HA HA LOSERS! I WON! YEAH!"

The two school girls look at each other and roll their eyes.

Mom, who is in the front passenger seat, leans back and hands each of the girls a bottle of Coke.

The girls look at each other, take a sip of Coke, and smile.

The announcer cuts in and says: "Things go better with Coke."

Fade.
