Kamala's attempted unsuccessful castration of Kavanaugh during the Confirmation Hearings showed anyone with half-a-brain that she was unelectable as a Presidential candidate.
That poor performance will be remembered by many voters.

It is become they play the victim card so well. What does that feel like?

Say what you want but the power of the incumbent is so overwhelming that it has a shaping effect on those who wish to unseat the incumbent that something is needed that all other challengers to the incumbent might not have. Thems the breaks with large numbers seeking the the nomination. Some might want to bring color into the conversation or something else, but a unique message that resonates is something none of them has.
