As stated in the opening paragraph, they do not understand their country is a form of democracy, a republic.

Neither do they understand as a form of democracy we can meet with citizens and officials from foreign countries, with some restrictions in times of war and some instances in making foreign policy.

In other words they are upset, because they are ignorant as to structure and rights:bang::bang::bang:

If the shoe were on the other foot, as hypothesized by the writer who is British and has some unspecified experience in this country, then the extremists on the right would continue to loathe Hillary and the other Clintons, just as they do today. And the extremists on the left would reject any criticism of the Clintons as lies, bias and irrational hatred.

They want a president like Lincoln who will impose a 40% sales tax. One who declares war on it's own people. Someone who allows outsourcing and government dependency. Someone who doesn't respect the rule of law. That civil disobedience means uncivil action. I'm just getting warmed up.
