If you actually read the article, you see there was indeed a significant delay in getting guard troops to the scene, thanks to "bureaucracy". :rolleyes:

Also in the article is the fact that the commanding general of the DC Guard testified that the pentagon had "delayed unnecessarily" the response - I guess Ralph has it on good authority that the General is a left wing lying libber :D

But hey, no evidence was found that this was the case, so the libs are owned! :jump:
