It seems it takes people longer to mature with each passing generation. I really think the issue with the increase in school shootings and suicides for the 21 and under crowd has a lot of factors in it. I knew how to safely handle a firearm when I was 7, Alec Baldwin is over 60 and can't do it. I grew up around cops, my dad was always testing me on gun safety. If I did not pass each test I wasn't going on the next target shooting trip.

I think he has an “equal protection” appeal. Are they prosecuting anybody else for sharing the meme? No. So he needs to appeal on the line that he was singled out

Tucker spoke of this ruling tonight (Friday), and the meme that got the guy in trouble.

During the 2016 election, he sent out a meme telling all Hillary voters to text in their vote for her. That was it.

Tucker also brought up a meme sent out by a Hillary supporter during the same 2016 election.

That meme was basically the same meme -- telling Trump supporters to text in their vote for him.

Nothing happened to the Hillary supporter of course.

Not a fan of the 26th amendment. Neither are America’s youth. They vote in smaller numbers of any age group.

I would amend the constitution to include a qualification that only includes those 18-21 who serve in the military. And then only if drafted.

You don't have to be 21 to carry a gun in your pocket...but you must be 21 in order to gamble. Makes all the sense in the world. :ThmbUp:
