5/25 Shoemaker Mile G 1

Interesting turf race, with Without Parole and some other very solid runners including War of Will.

See Doug O'Neill.

That is quite an interesting field. I definitely like Without Parole. I don't know if he will offer playable odds though. I will take him at 3-1.

I'll let you know how the betting goes come race time.

:8: Raging Bull & :9: March to the Arch

BIG RED 05-24-2020 02:20 AM

Without Parole doesn't spook me, but Irad on him does. Love 1M turfs, be back Mon morn

ChartingHorseValue 05-24-2020 04:17 PM

I like Without Parole as well but very little value in the race. One horse I don't like is War of Will.

me either

Horse has done NOTHING since his Preakess win and Casse thinks he has a shot? Nuh huh :lol:

Fightingirish51195 05-25-2020 11:30 AM

Interested to see what WoW will do in his return to turf. Some horses run in the Belmont and are never the same afterwards.

Raging Bull is the morning line favorite. I think he’s going to run big but will he get the pace

jay68802 05-25-2020 12:21 PM

:4: Voodoo Song Is the speed, and is at probably his best distance. Gets Smith and is a real threat to wire this group.

Playing with the :1::2::8:.

Secondbest 05-25-2020 12:32 PM

I like the :11: River Boyne. He’s 8 for 13 at the track 5 for 13 at the distance. Won the Kilroe here last out.
A longer shot would be the :10: Neptune’s Storm.
Chad Brown didn’t ship for nothing. Raging Bull is the one to beat.

Secondbest 05-25-2020 12:54 PM

Without Parole is also a Chad shipper. Another is Etoile in the Gamely. Like I said he didn’t ship for nothing.

BIG RED 05-25-2020 01:30 PM

I like :8: more than I do :1:, but doubt any value on either, but will take 3-1

:10: and :11: love the distance on the turf, so will go with a tri.....

:8::10::11: // :1::4::8::10::11: //

I'll do a simple exacta box from a system I've been using for years for graded stakes, comes up with 3 horses...

:1::8::9:

and for a longshot saver I'll use :3: just came up short in a Graded 1 at exact distance, been in the money 6 of 8 @ SA, and will probably be ignored. (M/L 12-1)

Happy Memorial Day

LongShot_Louie 05-25-2020 02:20 PM

The :8: will probably take the money, maybe even the race, but I like the :10: in here. So my exactas are:

:10: / :8: :4:

:8::4:/ :10:

Good luck everyone. BTW I'm hoping to bankroll these exactas with a win by the :8: Just Grazed Me in the Monrovia (5th Race).

Yup. Horse doesn’t owe me a dime. Could be useful as a key here. And of course you always bet your key to win

groupie doll 05-25-2020 05:08 PM

:1::8::10: ex box, both Brown horses with Neptune's Storm.

clicknow 05-25-2020 05:45 PM

I'll try :1::9::10::5: bx

Fightingirish51195 05-25-2020 07:22 PM

Raging bull is my top choice but I don’t really wanna chase 5/2 at the moment.

Looks like a win bet on the :4: and a :8:/:4:/all and :8:/all/:4: for me

trifecta 05-25-2020 07:34 PM

:8: Raging Bull with Rosario looks solid in this race.

Happy Memorial Day

At post bet :8: win and :3: w/p/s , put 3 in with ex box (money was there) , but did not put in with tris . Race turned out ok for me.

When I seen the race replay last night, I was more impressed with the :3: . He got totally mugged out of the gate, started dead last lengths behind the field. Then Johnny V guided him perfect to a gangbuster close to almost take the winner. He closed super. Did the start kill my :3: hopes , I would say ya, but I bet him, you guys can decide that.

All in all, nice Memorial Day by all here

ChartingHorseValue 05-26-2020 02:09 PM

@ Big Red.

Nice job on that :3:

My friend also used him.
