I think a lot of the times he is really bad it is a drug crash from what he is propped up on. They aren't timing his meds very well, they should have it dialed in.

Clearly Biden has hit the red line on his stupid meter and it will be difficult to exceed his current output. But then again I have underestimated him in the past and he ends up "achieving" what know one thought was possible.

I would mix Louisiana hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and put it on canned corn and green beans stirred together.
