He's not free yet. The whack-job activist circuit judge can still call on the full appellate court to get another decision. And if they concur with the first appellate decsision, he can appeal again the SC. It all depends on how willing he is to make a public spectacle of himself, especially in front of his judiciary colleagues.

This ridiculous saga is far from over

Not really. The Judge Meathead has already placed himself out there on a limb; it won't take him very long cut it down because he really doesn't have a while lot of options here. It's very like the full appellate would also shoot him down, so the next stop would be the SC. And do you expect the SC is going to demand that the DOJ reinstate the charges and prosecute the case? Do you expect the court to play the dual roles of judge and prosecutor?

What massive amounts of actions do you see still to come?

For him it is us or them, these United States would have been better had he stayed in Canada. Ridiculous is correct.

Today the idiot judge canceled the next court date, once closed Flynn & Attorney will go after those 6.7 million in legal fees. In essence this is a acquittal.

Asa Hutchinson gave his usual update, and shared predictions that AR will hit a peak on Sept 30th of 3,300 cases.

Most of our state is pretty rural, so as you can see, our numbers aren't bad.

Hopefully those numbers would not require ICU type care, because that would seriously exceed our number of both ICU Beds and Specialty ICU beds in the state. I would assume there is a way to re-tool another 5-6K regular hospital beds. There is a another model from Harvard that predicts a 156% shortage of the kinds of beds Little Rock would be needing.

Hopefully that doesn't come to pass. And I don't think it will because Asa Hutchinson has been pretty "naggy" ---er--- insistent, about the mask-wearing and social distancing thing, and I think people take it to heart.

September still feels like a long way off.

Of course the Judge will fight to delay until after the election if possible.

He is either a narcissist or corrupt (and compromised). My leanings are with the later. Flynn is so valuable as a witness and as a source of information that the Judge's Deep State handlers can not allow Flynn to go free. And no doubt if freed, Flynn would certainly not lack motivation to serve.
