Anyone having trouble logging in?

I logged in a while ago and it still seems like it's working on this end.

xpressbet working fine for me

The exact same thing happened to me last night. I called customer service, and they reset my password. They also told me to delete the browsing cookies on my browser and to go back to their site and sign in with my new password. It worked...and the login problem also saved me some money at Charles Town. :ThmbUp:

Yes the reset worked for me as well. I had forgot about trying that till the cs guy told me

Conditional bets I am making aren't showing up in "Recall Today's Bets" so I don't know if they are made or not.

Will investigate...

It seems to be accepting non-conditional bets, but conditional wagers aren't showing up...whatever...they seem to be having some problems lately.

Twinspires is having numerous, persistent problems lately. Video feed from Aussie gets the jerks, while through Xpressbet it's just fine. And now today the dreaded cannot display wagers placed.

I smell cost-cutting in IT biting the user experience.

OK, there was a few minute delay...now my conditional wagers I made are there...

The other thing I've noticed is that the classic menu doesn't always display the wagering or "track" menu bars at the bottom of the list of five tracks selected. So, not only can't you get the list of wagers placed, sometimes you don't get the exotics, pools, programs, or balance selection options. This happens with Chrome when things get busy. Since Chrome is the most popular browser, you'd think TS would test it properly. I do not have as many issues with Firefox.

You can bet for Derby Day I'll have my Xpressbet account primed and ready.

I have xpressbet too. Another thing to remember Derby day is bet early. I have not had any issues on derby day or BC day the last few years but i have seen both xpressbet and twinspires "LOCKUP" on high volume days in years past.

Brisnet Problems
 

Twinspires and Brisnet definitely have some on and off technical problems the past few days. I had to try three browsers before I could download Aqueduct for tomorrow and yesterday the same problem downloading single data files.
