Eclipse Award for Outstanding Apprentice Jockey?

Who would be your top three at this date and how would you rank them? I know of at least two strong contenders in California. I was impressed by Weston Hamilton's ride at Belmont yesterday (Sept. 20) but then again I follow Maryland racing and he caught my eye early.

Asa Espinoza and Assael Espinoza are one and the same so that would be 68 wins for him.
