I just heard a news report on it, but what I heard sounded like Belichick handled it well. He really didn't say "no way" but rather, now just really isn't a good time. I agree. I wouldn't want to be part of some ceremony, of any kind, right now. If it weren't for so much negativity around the capitol right now, I would bet he would have gone ahead with it. Now is just not the time for ceremonies though.

Of course, there'll be no holding back for the inauguration. There is going to be unapologetic dancing in the streets.
