A Value System for Win/Place bettors

1. Identify the top 4 contenders for the race using whatever handicapping method you chose.

2. Rank them from first to fourth like this: C1, C2, C3, C4.

3. Bet on the highest ranked horse that meets these minimum odds requirements:

C1....4-1
C2....6-1
C3....8-1
C4...10-1
