My opinion about Fox hiring Donna Brazil and why comes from a programming and business perspective.

The hiring comes a wee bit too close to the announcement by the Democrats that Fox is out covering their debates.

It's possible Fox wants Brazil to lobby the Democrats and have a debate or two covered by Fox.

Just my 2 cents.

You are correct (But then when are you ever wrong? ;)).Murdoch is keeping all the television assets.Disney already owns ABC and ESPN,so I doubt the anti trust folks would allow them to buy Fox TV also.
