3.5 million is not nearly enough.

350 million is more like it. These were civil rights violations.

Should be jail for some of them at the top.

And it would have been that much if the IRS had targeted leftists instead of right-wing groups. Meanwhile, the 3.5 mil is tantamount to a back-handed slap.

Consolation prize for becoming party-less.

Any way you look at it the taxpayer winds up paying. Dismissal is one way we get even.

All the Tea Party enemies told us on THIS SITE that this did not happen. Some knuckleheads even dismissed it entirely simply because only Fox News or Breitbart reported on it. Faux News was the declaration by one lunatic on here.

Only a fool in the White House would allow this payment to be made.

Agree with Tom.....Tax payers shouldn't be held accountable for the misconduct of IRS employees. Take pensions.....fines and jail time would have been appropriate. This should be the legal actions of all rouge government employees.

Better idea.....give their jobs to the private sector.

Get rid of the IRS - it is a non-value added outfit.
Simplify the tax law and save billions by putting these jerks out on the street.
