Pelosi intends to be Speaker if Dems win back the House

I can only hope she stands front and center all summer and fall for the democrats. She represents a failure of ideas and stagnation, and will probably add 2-3% to the GOP turnout because of her decision to stay in the limelight.

"We will win. I will run for speaker. I feel confident about it. And my members do, too," Pelosi said, noting she believes it's critical that women are represented in U.S. political leadership. "It's important that it not be five white guys at the table, no offense,” Pelosi said, in a nod to the presidency and both chambers of Congress. "I have no intention of walking away from that table."

You go girl. I support your position, if only to see the ground crumble beneath your feet.

The thing though is that voters in swing districts hate Trump more than Pelosi.

If Instance in NJ-07 where I live (yes I live in a swing district) people dont like Trump, Pelosi doesnt even figure in the equation.

Incumbent Republican Leonard Lance will be running (and losing might I add) on Trumps record.

She should be impeached for this comment alone.

Racist.

But then again, she's a democrat, and racism is what enables them to survive and raise money, so of course she follows the mother ship and tries to promote racism every chance she gets. Helps fill those campaign coffers.

I honestly don't think they would elect her speaker

How exactly does screaming "racist" magically work wonders for Dems? Do minorities reach deep into their pockets and send money? Do Caucasians think how lucky they are and send money to the Dems on behalf of those they consider unlucky?

Since it is so obvious to you, maybe you can explain the obvious to those of us less perceptive.

The coin of the realm is not money, it's votes. The dems sell racism to get minority votes. Now I don't think you are that dumb not to know that, so have to believe you have an agenda with your question.

All this talk is moot.

While the little scared and stupid GOP darlings are doing their best to lose their majority come November it will not happen, despite themselves.

The GOP will win the House and even gain seats in the Senate.

It's a cinch and you all can go to the bank on this.

Never give a liberal too much credit in the cognitive department. :coffee:

The dems use Black people and dead people for votes, NJ.
As far as the DNC is concerned, a Black Man is as good as dead.

Maybe you missed PA's words. He said: "racism is what enables them to survive and raise money" He followed that with: "Helps fill those campaign coffers."

My agenda is limited to pointing out that screaming racism doesn't mean squat when trying to raise money. Obviously, minorities are going to vote for candidates they consider to be the lesser of two evils.

Liberals treat black people like house pets; in need of protection.

Not house pets - they don't let them in their houses ( or neighborhoods).

Good point. I wonder how many people live in Pelosi's 'hood? Or for that matter in Obama's?
