I was in a taxi yesterday with an immigrant from Ethiopia driver and we were talking about Minneapolis problems. He said many people from Africa would shoot a gun at a sudden noise or something that scared them (did he think he saw a ghost?). He said that officer was still in jail, so I had to check the current status.
