I was on my way south on I-81. I decided to stop for a bite to eat. So just for giggles. I drive up PA 743 for a half mile just to look at how full or empty the parking lot.
This was on a Thursday afternoon. There were more cars than I thought there would be. Maybe half full parking lot. .

Upon investigation, the commission found this guy had 1 water bucket for 11 horses,no feed, very little hay and bedding.

Three other horses were dead lame. Two other horses died, one went septic.

This guy should never take custody of another animal again.

The casino is always packed the racing dining area has a lot of open tables, be careful what you order there the hamburger is a best bet, everything else eater beware!
