Will Breyer retire?

the conclusion drawn that Mitch might be in charge by the time Breyer retires is interesting. I hope he is and they sit on any nomination to replace Breyer for as long as 18 months

That's a lot decisions passing thru the court with a huge majority for Conservatives while the Senate sits on the nominations

The left knows there is a small window to replace him with another lefty.

I think the Dem's have pissed him off... so I see him pulling a RBG. And he looks to healthy to go in the next 20 months.... unless they Clintonize him that is. :coffee:

Breyer should serve as long as he feels he is capable. I have heard nothing regarding poor health or diminished capacity. Of course I wish we had a liberal majority of the court, but how about we elect Democrats to the Senate and re-elect Biden in 2024.

He should retire...he conquered the world of horse betting, popularized the use of his speed figures, and left his eternal mark on the game.
