Saratoga horse back after only 3 days rest ?

In the first race today “ Rudy Rod” comes back after racing this past Sunday. It seems very unusual however i do recall seeing horses in Europe race on consecutive days. I suppose there is no regulations regarding days off between races ?

This race was drawn on Friday 8/20. He got in as an MTO on 8/22. Obviously he is about 99.99% to scratch.
