No they aren't. That would be a very bad strategy for two reasons

1. We get Pence if Trump gets booted. He has the things Trump lacks--credibility and connections.

2. Even if the house impeached, no way the Senate convicts. No sense for the Dems to chase that pot.

The Republican'ts still own the Senate and that means Trump stays prez unless he gets indicted. That isn't likely either.
