I had one for 2018 for a WDB P5 that paid $11,008...I had over $2600 withheld. I just printed it from my ABW dashboard.

I had a couple @ Mohawk that should of been signers but weren't. It was the total amount I bet on the bet so no signer. If you play a 2.00 tri key like 2/134 cost 12.00 it would have to pay 12 X 600 = 7200.00 to be taxable is my take on it. Could be wrong.
