That's pretty messed up...

I wonder how many of the pilots took the jabs...

How the hell did that happen? I bet you could not repeat that disaster again if you tried.

Almost looked deliberate. Low altitude, maximum visibility, probably highly skilled pilots. Seems bizarre.

It almost looked like a heat seeking missile strike.

Looks almost intentional... no irratic movements in flight path prior impact. Unless he left a note with motive. TSA will chock this up as pilot error.

Mechanical failure...lets everyone off the hook. :D

Obviously, we have a view neither piilot had.
Looks like a terrible accident to me.

The fighter pilot just cut it too close if you ask me.

They try to make it exciting for those on the ground. Mission accomplished

But I haven’t sat in the left seat for about 20 years now. Sold my plane looking to upgrade 2 weeks before 9-11.

Everything went to hell after that. I rented a few times after but gave it up after a few years. My wife encourages me to go back to it, but it’s not really convenient where I live.

Maybe someday…….

fighter pilot hit something (bird? drone?) causing quick direction change

A guy I trade with knew the people in the larger plane. Just a huge tragedy all around.
