How does the jock of the 2 NOT get days after clearly repeatedly sticking right handed?

This shit happens in Hong Kong, jock probably won't ride for a year.

Given the prevailing track bias at TUP to that point in the meet:

Why would ANY rider with an inside post send from the gate? Let alone use the whip?
