I am waiting for halftime of the Lions-Packers game. I wonder if Bob Costas will come on at the half and advocate banning cars? or maybe alcohol?

After all, if the Cowboy nose tackle didn't have access to a car or alcohol, that other player would be alive today.

Drunk driving is already illegal although unless there a death, the driver gets off pretty easy if they even get caught. Generally the only way someone gets caught is if there is an accident. In a lot of states, it is illegal to serve a person who is already over the legal limit (0.08%). Those laws are never almost never enforced even though they have books for decades.
