Ridiculous ! He is bound by State standards just like every other jail system. Anybody who thinks he is out of bounds can sue. He has won lawsuits over and over. The Feds have gone after him too. He beats them, most of the time :lol:

MSNBC has a television show, LOCKUP RAW, its on in the wee hours of the weekend. they have some great jails they film out of, like Texas and Arizona jails. they do San Quentin as well. you will see some pretty nasty characters in those places.


the one that looks the toughest to do time at is the Colorado double maxium security single cell unit.
