Hello All! It's good to be back.
The devastation from Hurricane Sandy is hard to believe. I was very fortunate not to be at ground zero, and while we were out of power for 11 days, we managed. It was very frustrating to miss the Breeders Cup, my first miss. Even more frustrating to not know who won until the next day when a friend called to clue me in. And finally, even more frustrating was the following lineup for the Classic which I did not discover until I updated Slew's database and ran the Breeders Cup day...just a few days ago:
4-Fort Larned --- WIN $20.80
11-Mucho Macho Man --- PLACE
10-Ron the Greek
2-Flat Out --- SHOW
What did they used to say in Brooklyn...wait 'till next year?
OK, to Wednesday. Here is the lineup as we get back to business:
Aqueduct - 1,2,3,4,5,7,8
Churchill - 5,6,9,10
Woodbine - 2,4,7,8
And to kick things off, a few horses in the double at Aqueduct starting with race 7:

So while the storm cleanup continues and services are being restored, a little entertainment doesn't hurt.
