Why even have instant replay if you are going to completely ignore it... what just happened in the PSU/NEB game is the most BS rigging I think I've ever seen!!!

I didn't see that, but I saw a guy from Baylor clearly fumble and have it recovered in the end zone by OU. It was ruled a TD and upheld. I have no idea how, it was in the clear and easy to see. Turned out it didn't matter, but again, why have it?
