Hoping for a drier track this time around! Let's make some money!
R1: 3,2,4......Shelby County-5/2 ML......Broke badly out of the gate and was a non factor. This could pay dividends tonight as the field is a bit tougher then it was last time. Stidham onboard.
R2: 2,1,7......Daring Do-9/5 ML......First time starter. Wiseman did well opening weekend and gets a drive with Desomer who is winning at 17%. Wide open race.
R3: 4,2,3......Barona Destiny-5/2 ML......Closed well last time out from the same post. Needed last and should improve here.
R4: 1,6,7......Stretch Artists-3/1 ML......Scratched last time. Draws the rail with Plano aboard. Will be tough to beast, wondering how the injury will affect this gelding.
R5: 6,2,7......El Azteca-9/2 ML......Dropped out of contention early and made up a ton of ground only to break down the stretch. 2nd time lasix and a race under belt should be a good sign here.
R6: 1,7,6......Bit Player-5/2 ML......1st time starter with Wiseman on the rail. Qualifier was impressive and should do well here.
R7: 3,1,4......Gentle Dragon-5/2 ML......Closed and stayed on last time out which is more than you can say compared to the 1 and the 4 here. Gets improved post to boot.
R8: 2,1,11......JC's Lucky Dreamer-8/1 ML......Post position hurt last time out. Gets improved post and favorite is on the 2nd tier. I'd like to see this mare put up a few lengths off the lead to have a shot. Will get a price.
R9: 5,1,3......Dani California-6/1 ML......Didn't care much for the off track last time out. Maier onboard. Should be close to the lead once again. Will have her work cut out for her.
R10: 1,3,8......Boot Scootin Bow-2/1 ML......Nice qualifier. Gets first time lasix and draws the rail with Wiseman. Winning combination.
R11: 6,1,4......RD Donethat-9/2 ML......Going up against similar company with a bit better post. Nearly won last time out and closed well compared to others. May get a price. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R12: 8,5,3......Castle Oaks-10/1 ML......Ships in from Running Aces. Maier picks this mare over the 1. Likes to be on or near the lead. Will have work cut out for him, but will fetch a nice price. Mr. Trifecta's Longshot of the Night!
R13: 9,8,6......Yank My Missile-6/1 ML......Didn't like the offtrack last time out. Times are definitely good here. Looking for a good trip from Wiseman.
R14: 5,4,2......Devilish Donnie-8/1 ML......Big driver change to Stidham here in my opinion. Did nothing last time out and drops in class. Should be on or near the lead to have a shot.
R15: 4,6,7......Just The Way Itis-6/1 ML......Had a nice 3Q move last time and having not had to go 3 wide, may have won that race. Wiseman back aboard with a bit better post and looking for a better trip this time around.
