Few harness tracks operating on Tues. evening, Jan. 27/04

--The cold weather is forcing cancellations at several harness tracks in the U.S. and Canada, on the evening of Tues. Jan. 27/04. The only harness tracks that I know of that are still operating, are Balmoral Park, Lebanon Raceway. and Georgian Downs.

I was playing a few at Dover and then then during the 8th and then they called an hour delay to clear the track and about 20 minutes after that cancelled the rest of the schedule.

--I made a few bets at Dover Downs today as well. I didn't realize they cancelled the races from the 11th race on.
