The only time i play Woodbine is on Wednesday nights. I like the angles.
And now that Fort Erie is done, big fields, decent prices on somewhat high % bets. Cold, look for speed last half of card. Race 2 I had no opinion.
Race 1: :4: Cardinal Rule
I like to see the Ramsey owned and bred/ Wesley Ward combinations at this track. good works, o.k pedigree. weak field. Shes ready.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 3: :6:
Going against the heavy favorite here. Love the trainer angles. first at route, this filly's breeding suggests she will take a liking to it. Two ok outings at 6F in same class. I think will benefit from the stretch out. lightly raced. top jockey & trainer.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 4: :7:
people are going to eat-up the class drop in the 8 and 10. This horse ran a good last out.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 5: :1:
gut feeling
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 6: :4:
Again going against the even money favorite #1. The #1 didnt have a great last-out. the #4 has only raced once and got beat late in the stretch by a couple good horses. Another Ramsey/Ward combo here. Best value.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 7: :13:
Speed of the speed here. Its November, its Canada, its cold. Late race track will be packed, cold and fast. Needed Fort Erie for a win though?? Roll the dice.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Race 8: :4:
looks like a 2-horse race on paper. The #1 or the #4. Both have raced against each other in their last two races. very comparable, in my opinion. #1 is a M/L odds on. Value on with the #4.
