You have to sign for a numbered ballot; which in turn is written down by your name!

At least in Citrus county. And of course whilst it means nothing national or statewide; such information should not be available locally.

The benefits of properly accounting for every ballot as a protection against fraud far outweigh whatever you consider to be the downside of such a method.
