Texas accounts suspended

At the call center I work for we do customer service and take wagers for several small companies. (which I can't name) but we have recieved notification that all Texas accounts need to be closed. We have suspended all of the Texas accounts, so that the account holder can call in to verify their address so that we can send them checks for their account balance. I just wanted to let you guys know what was happening.

Question: since we TS users are still betting, if we withdraw funds (on-line), would that auto close our account? Or would TS only close if we called in bets?
