Another good card tonight!
R1: 3,1,5......Brooklets Drifter-12/1 ML......Suffered broken equipment during qualifier. Taking my shot on the card early here with this bomber. Driver change could mean all or nothing here. May get lucky. Mr. Trifecta's Longshot of the Night!
R2: 5,4,1......Scooter Babe-7/2 ML......Raced against some of the toughest horses on the track at Aces. Getting shipped on over. Mare loves to close and Wiseman knows her well.
R3: 2,5,3......Pancetta-9/2 ML......Ships in from Pocono. Raced well over there and gets Plano on his return ride. Has nice late speed and should figure into a good position here. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night! Pick 5: 2,5 w 1 w 3,6,5 w 5,3 w 3,6,2
R4: 1,5,3......Schemes-2/1 ML......Driver change and should be a winner here. Draws the rail and has good stalking speed for this 10 year old.
R5: 3,6,5......Hiho' Fine Touch-8/1 ML......I like the qualifier. Maier had his choice between this and the 6 and chose the lesser of the experienced. Hunch maybe? Like the 2nd time lasix here.
R6: 5,3,2......Sayitoutloud-2/1 ML......Qualifier was done well. Plano gets the drive. Likes to make his move on the 3Q mark so look for it there.
R7: 3,6,2......Oompa Loompa-8/1 ML......Shipping over from Aces. Did much better last year then this year. Gets 1st time lasix which could be the X factor. Loves to close and Wiseman does well off the pace.
R8: 9,2,7......El Azteca-8/1 ML......Driver change back to Rios is something to look for. 1st time lasix is a help. Will get a good price and should. Worth the shot.
R9: 6,1,7......Jet Tet Tet-4/1 ML......Driver change to Kennedy. Gelding can close off the pace and from the outside post. Going to need a good trip. Pick 4: 6,1 w 6,8,1 w 1,5,2 w 3,4
R10: 6,8,1......D D's Tiger-8/1 ML......Svendsen has cashed last three on this gelding. Likes to be on the lead. If Svendsen can get over, has a shot at a good price.
R11: 1,5,2......Persuade Me-3/1 ML......Qualifier showed some late speed. Has won near the front, but usually likes to stalk a few off the pace. Svendsen should be close to the lead.
R12: 3,4,6......Big Guy Two Win-2/1 ML......Raced quite a bit at this claiming level at Aces. Has good tactical speed and Svendsen knows this gelding well. Should be up front.
R13: 3,8,2......Cigarchompin Mona-2/1 ML......Johnson will send this mare to the front as she loves to lead. Just needs to fend off those trying to run her down. Super Hi-5: 3,8 w 3,8,2 w 3,8,2,4,7 w 3,8,2,4,7 w 3,8,2,4,7
