Is there a program that predicts what the tote board odds will be? not fair or what the program thinks the chances a horse will be, but a program that predicts the % the public will bet on each and converts those %s in odds after takeout.

i get one that is based strictly on pace numbers. sometimes it gets difficult to figure when there are horses that change distances and scratches in the body of the race. other than that it is pretty good. its good enough for Ramon Dominguez and other top riders to use all over the country

Some of the HTR users have done long term studies and Ken's K-Line comes pretty damn close, sometimes virtually mirroring the public. I would look there first.
