just a thought,

since the taxpayers own that plant, can LG be thrown out or bought out for what they owe?

If I was govenor I would start a company call Michigan State Batteries and who ever didn't like it could buy me out at a profit. Use the sales for tax relief.

That is not right and it is a sin to just sit and watch that plant rot.
