Why is this still called a "stimulus plan"? It never was -- they decided they were going to spend a ton of money but as soon as they did any idea of "stimulus" went out the window and they spent it on every liberal fantasy they could think of instead of things that actually would have at least left some trace -- those roads and bridges they are always talking about. (It still would have been the wrong thing to do, but at least we'd have some roads and bridges to show for it.)
