9th@Mountaineer: 5F F&M Clm5000N3L (Non-winners 3 lifetime) -10/16
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The only "True" Class dropper also looks like controlling speed. if right, wins.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Setas Sassy Shoes (5/1)- Cuts back 220Y to win distance three back.
Will gun from rail for lead, but ML fave looks quicker early. No knocks here.
2) Kanija (6/1)- Pair of thirds locally, cuts back 220Y, stalk & pounce likely.
Has bounced around barns, draws nice post. Must use under at least.
3) Juponey (20/1)- Smoked locally at this level in summer, cuts back 330Y
while returning from Tapeta surface @PresqueIsle. Needs top 4 finish in next
two starts to keep running locally. 0-96 trainer, but rider change of note.
4) One Lovely Lady (6/1)- Two Ohio works off 180-day Vaca, steps up off
Beulah N2L win for $2,500! tag, after winning MSW here vs. 3YO's March 4th.
5) Kalu's Heart (20/1)- 50 Day break,w/one work 43 days ago. Can't endorse.
6) Too Tough Sissy (8/1)- Parker picks up mount, killing any value. 4YO has
run 5th in 4-of-last-5, including pair locally. Tri/Super BCS.
7) Sister Jessie (2/1 ML fave)- Class drop, stretch out 110Y, may be the
controlling speed. Iowa bred worth more vs. state-breds. did stop badly in
last pair, but Sister holds the ACES vs. these.Likely 6/5 if whole,Beat to win.
8) Consolver (30/1)- Nowhere, Man, in 3 local spins. Needs Top 4 finish to
keep running locally.
9) Dance N Fit (4/1)- Cruised in Mud two back, poor start from rail in last,
good stalking style for this heat. Note Top Fast track dirt Beyer only 38, but
3YO may still have upside around here.
10) Shes Down With Jim (10/1)- Scratched twice in last 36 days with two
private purchases last two months, not a strong win angle. Dead last in her
last three outs. I'm not Down with Jim.

(Early Look: ML Fave seems to have speed, class edge. Setas Sassy Shoes
would look better if not stuck on rail. #2 & #6 solid Tri/Super under keys.)

8th@Mountaineer: 5.5F 2YO Fillies Alw20200N2L -10/16
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trainer sends out ML fave entry that's a Twice-Beaten Tandem at this level.
Why would you accept a short price again, thinking they'll get "W" tonight?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Red Hen Walking (2/1 ML fave, Part of Entry)- Parker sticks, gets
pace, but NO VALUE included in using. Key 2nd (again?).
2) Bossy Girl (8/1)- FTL helped Girl stick longer vs. entry last out. good post
may allow her to fill Tri/Super, but don't think she can get picture taken.
3) Bloody Smart (4/1)- First-Time Dirt, cuts back 220Y, drops from tough
open allowance heat. Sire's offspring only 1-20 in dirt sprints, & only maiden
breaking Beyer impresses, but Private Purchase by crafty connections lead
me to use this as one of two in Late Pick-4.
1A) Brook's Secret (2/1, POE)- Closing half of entry should get pace to close
into, but Top Beyer of 41 should scare no one.
4) The Party's Here (5/2)- $4,000 purchase broke maiden for $50,000 Tag
@Saratoga... Good Work! Cuts back 110Y off Speed & Fade w/ quick 1/2mile.
Could be speed of speed, & second time over oval may improve. ML a tad low.
5) Here She Comes (5/1)- Shipper in JBM that broke maiden in $53K state-
bred stakes. 41% trainer locally. Looks too slow on paper, but beware.
6) Avalon Rose (6/1)- Was bet down to 5/2 vs. entry from 6/1ml in last out.
An outside "Swoopers Bias" would help chances,& may fill out exacta @OK $$.

(Early Look: Entry could win, but look ripe to beat. #3 intrigues despite Sire's
offspring poor dirt sprint record. #6 should get dream trip. #5 Connections Bomb)
