computer will not install

When trying to download and install update's.Seem to download but will not install all of them.Get error's 80070003 and 80070308.Tryed some of the suggestion like fix it.Any suggestion would help.Have windows 7 64 bit home premiun

I had a problem with installing MSE definitions. Everything else was OK Now I don't try MSE defs & somehow they end up installed. A MS feature?
