Ryan, one of the head honcho's of the Texas Rangers, is not a big believer in pitch counts and pulling pitchers out of games early. I'm not sure what the 'numbers' say, but can you make the case that the Rangers pitchers just ran out of gas by throwing too many innings and too many pitches?
