3rd at 5-1...no good for me
Broke well but he just doesn't have early speed. Joel appeared to try to get him in gear but then settled in to stalk after he wasn't among the leaders.

going with the :4: from off the pace (usually not the best idea on a wet track, but...) behind what could be a pace war btw the 2-6-7.
More likely for an exacta or tri slot than the win, but 9-2 is okay with me.

If JJ can hustle this :9: he can outsprint the chalk :13: and may be dangerous. His dad was pure speed and his damsire was a nice sprinter/miler.
9-1 odds right now are good enough, but 18mins to post.
I will take 7-1 or higher for a win bet on :9:
