I used to live in Manhattan Beach. My first job while in high school was in a bar that was a part of that scene -- The Buccaneer. My buddy and I had a blast working there and got a good introduction to a lot things, er, adult related. I got stories -- nothing earth shattering but when you're 16 and out in the real world, in a happening place like the beach scene south of LAX, they can be life long memories.
