Been so busy for me lately! Finally got around to getting some picks in!
R1: 3,2,5......Chief's Irish Rose-8/1 ML......Drive change to Carpenter is a good thing. Flashed some nice 2q speed only to run out of gas down the stretch. Needs to be up front and stalking the pace setter. Should get a price.
R2: 3,8,9......Della Bea-6/1 ML......Second time at this level. Has been steadily improving. Driver change to Wilfong is a bit of a mystery, but we will see if it pays off.
R3: 5,8,10......Frontier Scout-7/2 ML......Scratched last time out, got some much needed and added rest. Cashed two back at Balmoral. Gets Magee this time. Flashed some very nice closing speed, Magee should be on late.
R4: 1,7,6......Bull Spreader/Trot Fudge Sundae-9/5 ML......Love Dave Magee aboard TFS. Has cashed last 4 of 5 times here. Loves to get the lead and never relinquish. Draws the outside, but shouldn't be an issue.
R5: 6,1,10......CG's Serious-3/1 ML......Nothing but cashes the last 5, still looking for her first win of 2012. Roberts back aboard. Has been getting close. Solid stalking speed.
R6: 4,6,2......Powerful Poe-4/1 ML......Won last time out here with Warren aboard. Gets a return try against similar company.
R7: 6,2,4......NJ's Go Johnny Go-5/1 ML......Crushed competition at Maywood last out. Gets driver change to Leonard. Has cashed here multiple times at balmoral. Can close very fast. Would love a price. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night! Pick 4: 6,2,4 w 9,2 w 4,2 w 1,6,2
R8: 9,2,4......Itsabouttonight-6/1 ML......Did win here back in late June from the outside. Miller was onaboard for that one. Thinking alot of people forgot about that win. Could surprise at a price. Mr. Trifecta's Longshot of the Night!
R9: 4,8,7......Classy Chassy-5/1 ML......Cashed last two. Has cashed at tougher. Showed some nice early speed from the nine hole, but couldn't hang on. Cuts that post position difference in half. Like to see similar trip here.
R10: 1,6,2......Gar-5/1 ML......Tough field. Did nothing last time out. Driver change to Warren which is a positive. Did win three back against similar. Draws the rail which should but this gelding at a good closing position. Will be flying late.
