I don't get to look at NYRA cards too often, but when I do, I like to watch Talking Horses, just like a lot of folks here..

Such as today.. but just like I bitched about several times over the SAR meet, the show isn't streaming according to schedule. It's supposed to start at 11:45, and as I type this, it's after noon, and still nothing.

Why does this happen frequently? Is it the job of someone to literally flip a switch so that the show streams openly to the website, and that person just forgets?

As often happens, I expect it to click on just in time for race 6 analysis..

Even tho the splash page said 11:45-12:30, I now see another banner says 12:05-12:30 for the show. So kind of confusing, but my mistake for not noticing the later start time...

Whatever time it starts the show is a must listen just for the give and take on each race. It never hurts to hear two people bantering who know the NYRA circuit so well.

Its also archived now a good deal if someone misses the regular time slot.

A big plus would be if a podcast could be made it would make for many more listeners.

11:45 was the Saratoga start time. 12:05 is normal with 1 pm start days and will push back a half hour in the winter when 12:30 is the start time.
