Some great races tonight with some the best horses at the park this evening!
R1: 4,1,8......Special Rose-5/1 ML......2nd time back here. This filly has run well here. Anderson off the 2nd try may end up surprising a few.
R2: 3,1,2......Fox Valley Ruby-6/1 ML......Draws a better post then the last three. Leonard sticks aboard. Did win two back. Has shown some VERY nice last closing speed and should prove to a huge advantage tonight.
R3: 2,6,7......Party Hangover-3/1 ML......Cashed last two, one of which was a win by 5 lengths. De Long and this filly have been picking their spots well. Shouldn't stop here.
R4: 4,6,1......Financial Effort-4/1 ML......Gotten some extra rest after scratching sick last out. Prior was in good form, cashing two back. Smolin will need a clean trip here, just off the pace.
R5: 5,8,2......Collet Hotspur-5/1 ML......Roberts stikc sabord. Showed a very fast final down the stretch, leader was just too tough. Something similar here should be quite powerful.
R6: 1,5,4......Shotgun Shack/Greg and Flex-5/2 ML......Two back, Greg and Flex paced a good race, gobbling up ground down the stretch. Oosting back aboard. Two for one at most likely a short price.
R7: 6,1,8......Big Brad-6/1 ML......Had an impressive debut. Should improve on that effort. Will it be enough is the question? Mr. Trifecta's Longshot of the Night!
R8: 7,5,1......Mystical Walter-5/2 ML......Was game last time out, but getting beat down the stretch. Draws to the outside, but shouldn't be a factor as this gelding has one twice from the outer posts. Miller aboard.
R9: 3,7,4......Crime of Passion-4/1 ML......Hasn't show much late, but does draw a much better post. Did win two back when this gelding was at Balmoral. Has faced similar company and will be all out here.
R10: 3,2,1.....Uncle Smoothie-6/1 ML......Multile wins over the track. Great staling speed and closes well too. Carpenter knows this gelding well. Tough race. Pick 4: 3,2 w 2 w 3,4,1 w 6
R11: 2,5,3......Iam Bonasera-5/2 ML......Has won last 3 of 4 and definitely a Balmoral specialist. Should close very fast with Warren aboard.
R12: 3,4,1......Intheblinkofaneye-6/1 ML......Cashed last three against some tough company out east. Ships in for Rideau Carleton. Should be on the lead and the one to catch. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R13: 6,4,3......Elkhorn Damien-6/1 ML......Big drop in class here. Last time out, beat this level by 3 lengths. Oosting back aboard and should be out front driving.
