:3: Bridge Loan. The red-hot duo: Javier Castellano & Todd Pletcher. Nuff Said.

:4: Seniors Pride. Scratched out of yesterday’s optional claimer. Has won his last two, including Bryan G at Aqueduct back in March. Rosario & Pletcher.

:1: Grandpa Len. Second in mud in allowance company in last. Broke maiden prior to that at distance. Cornelio Velasquez/David Donk.

#2 Most Happy Fella. Third in similar race in last. Six for seven at distance. “Rosie” for Rick Dutrow.





Race Two: Maiden Special, 7 Furlongs


:4: Antipathy Extremely well bred, e.g., Seattle Slew, A.P. Indy, Mr. Prospector. Dam has two winners from three starters. Irad Ortiz, Jr. for Kiaran McLaughlin.



:7: Liquid Lunch. Outside Post. Jose Lezcano. Second Time Lasix (50% trainer - second time). Stretches out. Second aga. Similar in last. Eddie Kenneally trains.




:1: Cue The Moon Ramon Dominguez for “Jimmy” Bond. First time starter but w/solid morning works. Can get the distance. Possible threat. Watch board!



#8 Cora Mesa Finished closing third after losing footing at start aga. Relatively similar at Churchill over two months ago. Better start/Cleaner trip puts this Pulpit-bred filly in contention. Eddie Castro for Dallas Stewart.






 



 



Race Three: Maiden Claimer 6 Furlongs



:7: Charging Order. Fifth in his last in a sprint that was taken off turf. Bumped at start. Chance to make amends. Has faced better. Rajiv Maragh for Bruce Brown.








:11: Seghesio Dehere-bred gelding who’s been second in last three. Fits in this company but may reprise bridesmaid role. Wilmer Garcia for “Jimmy” Bond.






:9: Missile Nick . Third in his last at seven furlongs in slop. Now turns back a panel; that should aid and abet. Second prior to that in this company. Irad Ortiz, Jr. for Tom Bush.






#4 Rockheaded . Could do nothing in slop or on turf; however, in first start at “Big A” this Unbridled’s Song-bred gelding finished third in higher company. Eddie Castro for Rudy Rodriguez.






Race Four: Maiden Claimer, One and one-sixteenth (Inner Turf)



:4: Native Wave . Second in his last in this company. Any slight improvement. Streches out a bit; that should help. So too: Ramon Dominguez and Tony Dutrow.






:9: Barrymore . Lemon Drop Kid-bred colt. Hit tote in all three lifetime turf races. Jose Lezcano for Christophe Clement.






:10: Saturnus. Value play. Horse has faced better. Off for several months. Good morning works. Added distance a plus. Junior Alvarado for Jim Baker.



#3 Fort Boonesborough . Fourth at Monmouth in a maiden special in late July. Can be part. “Rosie” Napravnik for David Fawkes.






Race Five: Maiden Claimer, 5 and ½ on turf





:10: Phantasticus. Dixieland Band-bred filly was second in last at this distance in this company. Any slight improvement. Cornelio Velasquez/Linda Rice. :2: My Sweet Candy. Two seconds in five tries on the lawn. Recent sharp work. Javier Castellano for Bruce Levine.



:5: Believe In Betty. She’s hit tote in two of six turf tries. Failed as favorite in last two in this company. “Rosie” Napravnik for Dom Galluscio.






:7: Dorothy’s Spirit. Fourth in her last at the distance. Can improve. Can hit tote. Ramon Dominguez for Chad Brown.






 



 





Race Six: Maiden Claimer 6 Furlongs






:10: Royal Start Has faced better. Fourth in recent start. Running style should benefit from outside post. Rajiv Maragh for Peter Walder.

:6: World Premier. Ran a solid winning race in last. Recent sharp work. Fits in this company. Ramon Dominguez for Bruce Levine.






#7 Tanglewood Tale. Third against better in her last. Third start back off a layoff. Joel Rosario for Dale Romans.






#3 Catalonia. Second a-nose in this company in her last. Junior Alvarado for Robert Barbara.








Race Seven : Optional Claimer, One mile and one-sixteenth (Inner Turf)






:10: Malibu Yankee. Upset try. A.P. Indy did finish second to lesser company at Philly in last. Prior to that: two wins. Irad Ortiz Jr. for Niall Saville.






:3: Inaugurate. Won his last against somewhat weaker. Jose Lezcano for Chad Brown.






#9 Sheza Heartbreaker. Eased in last (saddle slipped). Prior to that finished third after stumbling at start. Edgar Prado (good on lawn) for Gary Sciacca.






#11 Caution Sign. Gone West-bred filly won last against somewhat softer. Second start off a layoff. Julien Leparoux for Christophe Clement.






Race Eight: State-bred Allowance, mile and sixteenth on turf.





:5: Manero. Has been competing in NY state-bred stakes company. Finished second at a mile on turf in last. John Velazquez for Phil Serpe.






:7: Strike Accord. A.P. Indy-bred filly finished fourth in her last as the beaten fave. Chance to make amends. Joel Roario for John Kimmel.






#9 I Dreamt I Was. Third aga. similar in last. Gone West-bred mare has hit tote in six of eleven turf tries. Javier Castellano for Steve Asmussen.






#6 Alwaysinmycircle steps up after breaking maiden in last. Junior Alvarado for Dom Schettino

Race Nine: Grade 3 Saranac, mile and 1/8th on turf



:1: Lucky Chappy. Second in Virgina Derby at Colonial in last. Looks like the class, here. Horse to beat. Alan Garcia for Graham Motion.








:10: Skyring. Seattle Slew-bred colt did nothing on main track in the Grade 2 Hall Of Fame, a race taken off turf. Now, back on lawn. Very much a factor. Joel Rosario for D. Wayne Lukas.






#5 Escaper. The colt has hit the tote in seven of eight of his recent starts. The Canadian invader has hit the tote in all six turf tries. Emma-Jayne Wilson for Ian Black.






#4 King Kreesa. He’s hit the board in all five turf tries. Irad Ortiz, Jr. for Jeremiah Englehart.






Race Ten. Grade 1 Spinaway 7 Furlongs






:6: Seasoned Warrior. The A.P. Indy-bred filly is major threat. Also won convincingly. Recent bullet work. Ramon Dominguez for Bill Mott.






:3: So Many Ways. The Dehere-bred filly won The Schuylerville. She two for two, lifetime. Javier Castellano for Tony Dutrow.






:1a: Dreaming Of Julia. A major factor here. Can not be ignored. Won only start convincingly. John Velazquez for Todd Pletcher.






 



 



 



 



 



 



Race Eleven:20K Claimer 5 and ½ furlongs on turf



:1: Stormy Beauty. Won last convincingly at this distance aga. Slightly better. Shaun Bridgmohan for Mark Casse.








:12: Simple Exchange. Danzig-bred filly was third in her last at this distance. Javier Castellano for Jamie Ness.






#5 Vendor Financing. Shortens up a half-furlong. Third at six furlongs in this company in last. Rajiv Maragh for Juan Guerrero.








#2 Market Princess. The Storm Cat-bred filly has been running routes; she now turns back to a sprint. Chance to hit board. Jose Lezcano for Bill Mott.
