Big wiff in the 1st as luck is not in the cards for the :5: and :7: . The :5: appeared to have horse in the late stages but horse would not settle. :3: had a dream pocket and the fall on the last turn leaves the inside wide open. Hope all is ok. The :3: is seeming to be very fond of NY.
1-9 on Saginaw as Jacobsen is reaping the full benefits of a very massive claim.
Dutrow and Schettino must be sick.
Saginaw looks a million in the post, as my other pick the :3: looks sour with ears pinned (bad). The :1: looks very sharp on track. The :5: looks to be fussing with his leads. The :4: is warming up strong, something that is good for route horse cutting back (splenic sequestration of red cells into working rbc mass).

Exactly as I thought with the :3: (sour horse). Saginaw was all out for that one as Ramon had the :4: coming hard. Both horses on wrong leads. Saginaw ran a good race, but might just be an overlay soon if the gimmick races dry up.
The :1: was never in contention as pace was to hot up front. Horses with the big E2's are staying well.
I always look for routers cutting back to be warming up strong on the track like the :4:.

:6: actually impressed me enough in the last race to be the alternative and the most likely should :4: ORIGINAL ART stops today. 6 ran enough in the slop after starting well back and wasn't that far behind the 2nd place finisher.

:7: looked much worse than his paper form looks. Was simply outrun.
:5: would have to be a surprise quality horse in for a tag Zito 1st time :ThmbDown:

In all likelihood :4: wins easily.

Just a little insight on Merrill Scherer. Very astute cajun horseman, who runs horses where they belong. Bought a horse from him in 2002 and did very well with it. The horse was running for 30k at CD and running well and Merrill sold him for what he was running for. Don't forget his sons in Chicago and Minn.
Today, I strongly believe this one is for sale as the works would put this guy in MSW elsewhere. No value here. With the :6: , why not run for PA money at the 3 tracks in PA, owners want SAR. The :4: fits but last was shot across bow and folded. Leaves the Zito firster. Gate drill back to 4 and bug will gun from gate.
Maybe the bug with Zito is the ticket.

In order for the bug to gun from the gate the horse would need to have gate speed :rolleyes: . The :4: is much best as the :7: would be worth a look at 30k. Still has maiden condition and with the right class would make a nice starter at Parx as he should progress.
